Nathan is the current Chairperson CoST Uganda MSG. He is the former Member of Parliament for Bukanga County, Isingiro district and the Director Uganda Bus Operators. He brings skills and experience on how CoST Uganda can work with the Private Sector to enhance value for money in the construction sector.
