Delivery better value public infrastructure
CoST Uganda is a multi-stakeholder initiative with participating countries spanning four continents. CoST promotes transparency by disclosing data from public infrastructure investment, helping to inform and empower citizens, and enabling them to hold decision-makers to account.
Assurance reports
We promote accountability through the CoST assurance process – an independent review of the disclosed data by assurance teams based in Uganda. The team identifies key observations and comments in relation to the items listed in the CoST Infrastructure Data Standard and put technical jargon into plain language. This allows social accountability stakeholders to easily understand the issues and hold decision-makers to account.

See Our Impact
I have been inspired by Martin Luther King and how he inspired a movement. I have learned that a cause must be organic; if it is to have an impact it must belong to those who join the movement and not those who lead it,
